Two datas for this S curve:
1. The "budgeted cost of work scheduled" curve ("work days" axe) is calculated on the duration of the project between planned "start date " and "end date".
==>I think is false because we have to calculate at the begining of the project the repartition of the "reassessed" workload .
2. The "budgeted cost of work scheduled" curve (date axe) is calculated on the planned "end date".
==>When we establish the reference planning (in order to display the budgeted cost of work scheduled), we don't have all ressources available to assigned to the project and to the activity (task). The tool shall give the opportunity to "plan the planning" in the same way to "validate the planning". That means to save validated date to planned date. When we planned the project, sometimes we don't need to use the "automatic calculation" function in order to have the same planning than the planning shown to the customer (at T0 of the project).
