Report planning by month of resource, project, activities show bad next month - by: fredparis

Hi Babynus,

Today (December 15, 2016), when I saw the report "by month, resource, project, activities", with "next month" checked, the current month is december 2016 (good).
But the next month is january 2016 (and not 2017 as expected) !
