Hi !
I have noticed something : when I change urgency on a ticket, initial due date is changed in regard of the creation date, not the current day.
Exemple, I changed the urgency to the highest level. The creation date is july 27, the due date becames july 28. I think it should be today's date + 1, october 8 (october 10 in this case where october 8 is not a business day in my company).

Don't you think this behavior could be better ? Or configurable ?
