How did you add "Please Select Urgency" field on demo platform - by: fmartin

Hello,

I noticed on your demo platform the "Urgency" field has "Please Select Urgency" as default value.

Could you tell me how did you do it ?
Is "Please Select Urgency" with id=0 in the DB ?
