Is it possible to create a ticket by sending an email to an adress ? (like for most of ticket management system)
For exemple :
Project TOTO
you create an adress Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs. Vous devez activer le JavaScript pour la visualiser. and link it to TOTO project in ProjeQtOr
you can send an email at Cette adresse e-mail est protégée contre les robots spammeurs. Vous devez activer le JavaScript pour la visualiser. and it create the ticket in TOTO project with
Subject --> become the name of the ticket
message --> use some key word like "[priority]:high" to define the ticket and the rest is the object of the ticket.
