Hey
I did new profile - for people who has to see only tickets and finally change their status to "done". I configured available forms (only tickets checked) chose in profile details "only responsible for" and this user can see its tickets but there is only one status available -> assigned. I cannot change it to any other.
Any ideas how to change it?
