no left work on closed - by: Kitcat711

Hello,

I allow my team to put a "done" status when there is still some "left work".
How can I next put a "closed" status ?
I got a message "Unable to close an element with left work" => do I need to reassign the left work manually to every ressource? (sounds boring and conterproductive)
